vegetables Eating raw vegetables in vegetable salads on an empty stomach for example, can make the body feel full quickly and can cause a decrease in blood sugar. Vegetables that are not fibrous also make it difficult for the body to digest, causing bloating.
Avocado
Eating avocados on an empty stomach can trigger stomach acid to rise in some people with symptoms of nausea and vomiting after eating avocados. This is because the body is slow to break down the fat in avocados, so the stomach needs to secrete extra acid to break down fat.
